A Self-Controlled Study on the Treatment of Restless Legs Syndrome in Uremia With Dipyridamole

The purpose of this clinical trial is to determine whether dipyridamole can treat restless legs syndrome in patients with uremia. In addition, the safety of dipyridamole will also be evaluated. The main questions this study aims to answer include: Can dipyridamole improve the symptoms of restless legs syndrome in participants? Can dipyridamole improve participants' anxiety, depression, sleep quality, and quality of life? What adverse reactions might participants experience while taking dipyridamole? This study is a self-controlled trial in which all participants receive active drug treatment. Participants will take dipyridamole daily (50 mg per dose, three times a day) for 12 weeks. The efficacy of dipyridamole will be evaluated by comparing relevant scale scores and laboratory indicators before and after treatment. In addition, adverse reactions during the treatment follow-up will be monitored to assess the safety of dipyridamole in this patient population.

Impact of APP-assisted Patient Management on the Quality Control of Blood Purification Therapy

Many maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients develop negative outlooks due to their illnesses and complications, making their quality of life and prognosis a clinical concern. Effective life management and treatment cooperation are crucial to improving dialysis quality and patient outcomes. This trial aims to evaluate whether management through the "Yueya" mini-program and WeChat can provide personalized guidance such as health education, diet, exercise, medication supervision, and condition monitoring to enhance treatment compliance, quality of life, strengthen quality control in the hemodialysis unit, and improve patient prognosis. Patients will be divided into a group receiving support via the "Yueya" mini-program and WeChat, and a control group receiving routine care. Clinical and laboratory indicators, cardiovascular events, death, hospitalization, quality of life, and compliance will be recorded and compared between groups to assess the impact of APP-assisted patient management on the quality of MHD blood purification therapy and the prognosis of MHD patients.

The main question it aims to answer is: can exercise improve nutritional and inflammatory status, enhance muscle strength, and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in patients with maintenance haemodialysis. Researchers will compared active exercise group to conventional treatment group to see the impact of exercise on maintenance haemodialysis patients. Participants will: Choose low-intensity aerobic exercise workouts such as walking (no less than 8,000 steps per day) or jogging, swimming, Tai Chi, etc., according to their individual conditions, for no less than 30 minutes at a time, at least 3 times per week, and the intensity of the exercise should be based on an RPE score of 12 to 16.
