About this trial
This study aims to determine the effect of virtual reality-based assertiveness training on strengthening the communication skills of oncology nurses.
Eligibility criteria
Qualifiers
Those who agree to participate in the study,
Those who are 18 years of age or older,
Those who have been working in oncology clinics for at least 6 months.
Disqualifiers
Those who gave incomplete answers to the scales used in the study,
Those who have previously participated in assertiveness skills training.
