About this trial

This study aimed to increase the conscious awareness of caregivers and reduce work stress and compassion fatigue.

Being over 18 years of age,

Being actively working as a care worker in relevant institutions.

Having received similar training before

Having been diagnosed with a mental illness

Wanting to leave the study at any stage.

Not having attended more than two sessions.

40 Participants

are divided into 2 treatment groups
