The aim of the study is to compare the caries-preventive effect of the test and control toothpaste in order to proof the non-inferiority of the test toothpaste compared to the control.

This study compares the effects of traditional behavior management techniques and AI-assisted child-friendly communication on dental anxiety, physiological stress, and pain perception during local anesthesia in healthy children aged 6-12. The aim is to evaluate the effectiveness of AI-supported communication tools in reducing anxiety and improving comfort in pediatric dental treatments, potentially enhancing clinical outcomes and advancing technology use in pediatric dentistry.

The aim of the study is to compare preformed metal crowns and 3D-printed ceromer crowns in primary molars of 4-9 years old children. The main questions it aims to answer are: * How does 3D-printed ceromer crowns compare clincally to stainless steel crowns when restoring posterior molars? * What is the level of satisfaction of the patient with both materials? * What is the level of parental satisfaction with both materials? Study methodology: This study is a split-mouth clinical trial where participants will receive at least one of each materials in different quadrants of the mouth.

Study on the changes in oral microbiota during orthodontic treatment in patients aged 8-18 years. Orthodontic patients treated at Stomatology Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from March 2025 to March 2027 will be recruited. Prior to orthodontic treatment, routine preoperative examinations will be conducted, informed consent forms will be signed, baseline oral conditions will be recorded, and oral and psychological-related questionnaires will be completed. Patients will be informed of the need for regular oral hygiene check-ups, caries risk assessments will be performed, and plaque, saliva, and intraoral photographs will be collected. During orthodontic treatment, plaque samples will be collected every 3 months, and saliva samples will be collected every 6 months until the treatment is completed to evaluate the changes in oral microbiota throughout the orthodontic process.

The goal of this study is to evaluate the clinical, radiographic and periodontal performance of bioactive Giomer Shofu Flow Plus X F03 compared to nanohybrid resin composite restoration in deep subgingival proximal cavities over a period of 12 months.
