Comparison of Goniotomy Device Outcomes in Combined Phacoemulsification-goniotomy Surgeries

The goal of this study is to determine of one of three different devices to perform goniotomy to treat glaucoma at the time of cataract surgery is more or less effective than the others. The primary outcomes are to compare intraocular pressure control and glaucoma medication use up to 6 months after surgery. Participants will under combined cataract surgery and goniotomy. They will have post-operative follow up visits at 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, and 6 month

Evaluating ER-100 for Safety in People With Glaucoma or Non-Arteritic Anterior Ischemic Optic Neuropathy (Optic Nerve Conditions)

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of a single dose of ER-100 in adults with optic nerve conditions, specifically Open Angle Glaucoma (OAG) and Non-Arteritic Anterior Ischemic Optic Neuropathy (NAION). The main questions it aims to answer are: * Is ER-100 safe when given as a single dose to people with OAG or NAION * What side effects may occur, if any, after taking ER-100? Participants will: * Receive a single dose of ER-100 * Undergo safety assessments including detailed eye examination and laboratory tests * Provide body fluid samples (tears, saliva, feces, urine) to help researchers understand how the drug is processed and cleared from the body * Complete questionnaires about their quality of life * Be followed for up to 5 years to monitor long-term health and vision outcomes

Direct vs Standard SLT for Glaucoma: A Noninferiority Trial

This study compares two FDA-approved laser treatments for glaucoma: Direct Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty (DSLT) and Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty (SLT). Both procedures aim to lower eye pressure and prevent vision loss. DSLT is a newer, non-contact technique that may improve comfort and efficiency. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either DSLT or SLT and followed for 12 months to assess eye pressure, safety, and treatment outcomes.

DSLT in Normal Tension Glaucoma (NTG) Asian Eyes

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the efficacy of direct selective laser trabeculoplasty (DSLT) or laser treatment in Asian patients with normal tension glaucoma. The main question it aims to answer is: Does the DSLT reduce intraocular pressure (IOP) and medication use in Asian NTG subjects? Participants will attend routine follow-up visits with their eye surgeon and glaucoma testing such as optical coherence tomography (OCT) imaging and visual field test(s) after the laser study treatment.

Efficacy and Safety of Gonioscopy Assisted Transluminal Trabeculotomy in Patients with Primary Open-angle Glaucoma and Cataract.

Prospective, randomized, , double-blind, clinical trial, comparing the variation of intraocular pressure (IOP) of patients with mild or moderate primary open-angle glaucoma (OAG) and cataract divided into three groups. All study participants should be treated for the pathology with one or more hypotensive medications or, regardless of the number of drugs, when IOP is greater than 20 mmHg and less than 26 mmHg. The two-year follow-up should also compare the reduction in the number of medications used, reoperation rate, adverse effects, visual acuity, endothelial loss, induction of astigmatism, variation in IOP according to axial diameter of the eye, anterior chamber and age, in addition to the existence of change in the quality of life of patients in the postoperative period

Long-term Safety and Efficacy of a Modified Suprachoroidal Silicone Tube (SST) Shunt

The goal of this observational study is to evaluate the long-term safety and efficacy of a modified suprachoroidal silicone tube (SST) shunt in treating patients with primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) and pseudo-exfoliative glaucoma (PXG). The main questions it aims to answer are: Does the SST shunt maintain intraocular pressure (IOP) reduction over an extended follow-up period? What is the effect of the SST shunt on endothelial cell count (ECC) and overall corneal health? Participants will: Undergo intraocular pressure (IOP) measurements Have their endothelial cell count (ECC) evaluated Complete assessments of best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) Be assessed for C/D ratio Be monitored for adverse events or shunt-related complications over time
