A single arm, pilot study among individuals with rosacea and at least moderate flushing or rednesss will be enrolled in a 4-week trial of taVNS. The particicpants will be followed for an additional 4-weeks following the intervention period to evaluate the durability of the results

This study will explore whether a daily probiotic drink containing Lactobacillus casei Shirota (LcS) can help improve immune function and reduce inflammation in women going through the menopausal transition. Hormonal changes during this stage of life can affect the immune system, gut health, and skin, sometimes leading to increased inflammation or conditions such as eczema, acne or rosacea. Participants will consume either a low-sugar LcS probiotic drink or a skimmed milk control drink every day for eight weeks. The study will assess markers of immune ageing, inflammation, skin health, wellbeing, and hormone levels. The results will help determine whether a safe, non-hormonal probiotic approach may support immune and skin health during the menopausal transition.

Rosacea is a common skin condition associated with easy blushing and red face; many patients with rosacea react to sunlight with increased redness. The purpose of this study is to determine if the use of a topical medication will help reduce sunlight induced redness and irritation in patients with rosacea.

This study is a randomized, multicenter, sham-controlled clinical trial designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture for patients with refractory rosacea. A total of 104 participants will be enrolled and randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to the acupuncture group or the sham acupuncture group (52 participants in each group, regardless of sex). The primary aim is to determine whether acupuncture can effectively alleviate facial erythema and flushing episodes compared with sham stimulation.

Although it is well known that the clinical expression and course of chronic inflammatory skin diseases are highly variable, there are insufficient epidemiological data on this, and the factors that determine the manifestation, clinical features and course are also largely unknown. The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficacy and safety of repairing facial mask containing Asiaticum asiatica in treating disjunctive skin diseases. A multi-center randomized double-blind self-half face control method was used. A computer-generated randomization method was used. Each cheek was randomly assigned to receive the snow glycoside mask and the control group.
