Full Sail Ahead, Sailing in Psychosocial Rehabilitation.

This study is part of the desire to develop disabled sports in the territory of Seine-Saint-Denis and responds to the national strategy plan Sport Santé, 2019-2024, which addresses all audiences. The law of January 26, 2016 recognizes sport as a non-drug therapeutic in its own right, becoming an element of the hospital care pathway but also ambulatory. The partnership between the EPS of Ville-Evrard and the departmental committee of Voile du 93, co-funder of the project thus allows the diversification and the increase of the offer of care in psychosocial rehabilitation.

Group Intervention for Romantic Relationships in Young Adults With Severe Mental Illness

This study evaluates a group-based intervention designed to improve romantic and social relationship skills in adults living with a severe mental illness (SMI), such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or major depressive disorder. Many adults with SMI experience loneliness, social isolation, and difficulties forming romantic relationships, even though most express a strong desire for intimacy. These challenges may be related to social skill difficulties, stigma, low self-esteem, and limited opportunities to develop healthy relationships. The "À deux, c'est mieux" (Better Together) program is a structured 12-session group intervention focused on developing communication skills, emotional regulation, social understanding, and healthy romantic relationship behaviors. Sessions are led by trained mental health professionals and take place in small groups. Participants will complete assessments before starting the program, at the end of the 12 sessions, and three months later. The study will examine changes in romantic relationship skills, quality of life, loneliness, self-esteem, self-stigma, and recovery. The purpose of this study is to determine whether this intervention improves romantic and social functioning and overall well-being, and whether it is acceptable and relevant for adults living with severe mental illness.

Treatment of Negative Symptoms of Schizophrenia by rTMS

The purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness of rTMS on the negative symptoms of schizophrenia in real conditions. It will also provide a regulatory framework to rTMS treatments under these conditions. 4 types of rTMS protocols are proposed, allowing to adapt to patients and their tolerances.Treatment lasts between 2 and 4 weeks, with a follow-up period of 3 months after treatment to observe relapses. To assess the evolution of negative symptoms between baseline and the end of treatment, investigators use SANS (Scale for the Assessment of Negative Symptoms).

Impact of Cannabis Consumption on the Course, Modalities of Hospitalization and the Short-term Prognosis of Inpatients Suffering From Psychotic Symptoms

Few studies have evaluated, in patients with symptomatology the impact of cannabis use on the duration of hospitalization and on short- and medium-term developments. The objective of this study will be to assess the impact of cannabis on the duration, the hospitalization and the short- and medium-term evolution of patients with psychotic symptoms and cannabis use. We hypothesize that these patients (in comparison with patients with psychotic symptomatology and not using cannabis) would be hospitalized more long, exposed to a higher risk of resistance to the usual therapeutics, would have a lack of therapeutic alliance and insight, relapses and hospitalizations more frequent, more marked negative symptoms and lower quality remission. They would also be more prone to impulsive and aggressive behaviour.
