This study is being done to obtain descriptive classifications of pruritus using a patient directed survey system and assess change in pruritus over time in patients with Atopic Dermatitis over 4 weeks with use of topical Roflumilast cream 0.15% QD.

This study is being done to help better understand how the gut and skin bacteria of the body change when people with acne are treated with Sarecycline or Doxycycline. The bacteria in the gut and on the skin will be studied to see how each treatment may affect them and whether they change the profile of the bacteria that is present.

Investigate the topical use of almond oil, almond oil augmented with 0.5% vitamin E, 0.025% tretinoin oil augmented with castor oil on the appearance of facial fine lines and wrinkles, pigmentation, hydration, trans-epidermal water loss, and sebum excretion rate.
