The goal of the study is to determine the effect of radial shock wave Phonophoresis on patients with impingement syndromes. to answer the following questions: does shock wave Phonophoresis have and effect on pain? does shock wave Phonophoresis have and effect on shoulder function? does shock wave Phonophoresis have and effect on subacromial space? patients will be randomized to two groups: Group (A): patients will receive shock wave Phonophoresis plus conventional physical therapy. A Study Comparing the Hall Technique and Conventional Stainless-Steel Crowns in Carious Primary Molars : Clinical Outcomes, Anxiety, Time, and Cost-Effectiveness

Tooth decay is a widely experienced condition associated with the oral health of children, particularly in posterior teeth. This is attributed to their intricate texture which is commonly encountered during the oral hygiene measures . Caring for posterior teeth affected by tooth decay in children is vital to ensure stability in tooth occlusion, minimizing pain, preventing infections, and facilitating mastication and communication. However, the success of tooth restorations is questionable, particularly due to secondary decay, fracture, loss of retention, and marginal problems. Stainless steel crowns are deemed one of the most durable and reliable treatment options in pediatric dentistry, especially for multi-surface lesions or structurally damaged molars. In a conventional approach to placing SSCs, caries needs to be removed, teeth prepared, and in most cases, local anesthesia is administered. These approaches can be quite time-consuming and may exacerbate dental anxiety in children who report previous negative dental experiences. In the last couple of decades, there has been a gradual move toward minimal invasive dentistry (MID) in caries management. This philosophy emphasizes the importance of maintaining sound tooth structure and adopts biological methods instead of traditional operative methods . This is further consolidated by consensus guidelines that recommend either non- selective or selective caries removal methods for the purpose of minimizing patient discomfort and limiting the invasiveness of treatment. Moreover, practitioners highlight the need for early intervention and the application of less invasive methods where clinically indicated. HT represents a biologically based, minimally invasive approach within the MID framework. This approach involves cementing a preformed metal crown over a carious posterior tooth without local anesthesia, caries excavation, or tooth preparation to seal the lesion from the oral environment. Despite several studies demonstrating favorable results of HT, there is still a lack of well-documented evidence on RCTs comparing clinical and radiographic outcomes, patient anxiety, treatment duration, and cost-effectiveness between HT and conventional SSC placement. The aim of the study, therefore, was to establish whether the Hall Technique, compared to the conventional stainless-steel crown technique, is efficient in managing carious posterior teeth in children aged 5-8 years. Outcomes included crown survival, anxiety levels of the patient, treatment time required, and cost-effectiveness over a period of 3 months.

Aquatic Therapy Versus Sensory Room Intervention for Sensory-Motor Function in Children With Sensory Processing Disorder

This randomized clinical trial compares the effects of aquatic therapy and conventional sensory room intervention on adaptive neural responses and sensory-motor praxis in children with Monochannel Sensory Processing Disorder. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two intervention groups. Outcomes related to sensory processing, sensory-motor praxis, and adaptive responses will be evaluated before and after treatment. The study aims to determine whether aquatic therapy provides additional benefits compared with conventional sensory room intervention in improving sensory integration and functional performance in affected children.

Effect of Electromagnetic Field Therapy on Balance and Gait in Paraparetic Patients

This study will investigate whether adding electromagnetic field therapy (EMT) to a standard physical therapy program is more effective than physical therapy alone for improving balance and walking ability in paraparetic patients. Thirty patients with paraparesis (weakness in the lower limbs) due to spinal cord lesions between levels T6 and T12 will be randomly assigned to one of two groups. Both groups will receive a 45-minute physical therapy session, three times per week for two months. The physical therapy program will include stretching, strengthening, balance, and gait training exercises. The key difference will be that one group (Group II) will also receive active low-frequency (0.5 Hz) electromagnetic therapy applied to their spine during their sessions, while the other group (Group I) will receive a placebo (inactive) EMT device. Patients will be assessed before and after the 2-month treatment period. The assessments will measure muscle spasticity (using the Modified Ashworth Scale), balance (using the Biodex Balance System), and detailed gait parameters like step length, stride length, and base of support (using a 3D motion analysis system

Anterior Foot Wedge With Neuromuscular Training for Balance in Parkinson's Disease

This study will test whether combining an anterior foot wedge with neuromuscular training can improve balance, gait, and muscle activity in people with Parkinson's disease. Thirty patients (ages 45-75) with moderate Parkinson's (Hoehn \& Yahr Stage III) will be randomly assigned to one of two groups: Group 1 (Control): Receives a standard physical therapy program including stretching, strengthening, PNF, weight-shifting, and gait training. Group 2 (Experimental): Receives the same physical therapy plus neuromuscular training using the Biodex Multi-Joint System and a custom anterior foot wedge. All participants will train for 60 minutes, three times per week, for 8 weeks. Before and after the program, researchers will measure: balance (using the Biodex Balance System), gait (via Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale and motion analysis), and muscle activity in the trunk (using electromyography). The goal is to find a more effective rehabilitation approach to reduce fall risk and improve walking in Parkinson's patients.

Effect of Insulin Therapy by Ultrasonography in Wound Healing of Chronic Diabetic Patients

The main aim of the study is to determine the effect of transdermal application of insulin therapy by phonophoresis in wound healing in diabetic patients the main question of the study: is insulin phonophoresis is effective in accelerating healing in patients with diabetes mellites? 40 patients will be randomly assigned to two groups group A will receive insulin phonophoresis plus hyper polarized laser therapy and standard wound cleaning and dressing three times weekly over four weeks. Group B will receive hyper polarized laser therapy and standard wound cleaning and dressing three times weekly over four weeks.
