The purpose of this project is to provide a new framework for diagnosing and monitoring treatment of light sensitivity and headache by objective measurement of facial features, pupil responses, retinal electrical responses and autonomic nerve responses to light.

This study investigates a new technology to assess the structure and function inside the eye. Retinal imaging of subjects with inner and outer retinal defects to detect areas of abnormal structure and function compared to other visual function tests.

The purpose of this project is to validate a quick, easy-to-use and administer smartphone flicker fusion test. The app (called eyeFusion) can potentially be used to easily and quickly collect critical flicker fusion measurements on patients admitted with optic disorders as part of the clinical care process.
