Feasibility Effects of a Low-GI, High-fibre Diet in PCOS: a Prospective Cohort Study in Remote Yunnan

This study aims to observe the effects of a 6-month, culturally-adapted low glycemic index-high fiber (LGI-HF) dietary on IR, androgen levels, and menstrual regularity among women with PCOS in remote areas of Yunnan Province. We hypothesize that a nutritional strategy designed for high-carbohydrate dietary habits while balancing feasibility and adherence can significantly improve patients' metabolic and reproductive parameters, thereby providing practical evidence-based guidance for long-term PCOS management in resource-limited settings

A Cohort of Maternal Vascular Malperfusion-related FGR (CoMVMFGR)

Based on a precise diagnostic standard process, through a multicenter study, we will establish a cohort focusing on placenta-mediated fetal growth restriction (FGR). Long-term follow-up will be conducted to seek predictive indicators for short-term and long-term adverse outcomes of maternal vascular malperfusion-related FGR (MVM-FGR).

Prediction of Placental Fetal Growth Restriction in High Risk Population (PoPFGR)

This study intends to prospectively enroll high-risk pregnant women to establish a multicenter cohort. By combining maternal basic characteristics, medical history, early pregnancy ultrasound, and biological markers, we aim to construct a joint predictive model for MVM-FGR.

Shanghai Ovarian Cancer and Family Care Project

Ovarian cancer is the most lethal gynaecological malignancy, but its incidence in the general population is low. Due to the lack of effective prevention and successful screening approaches, most cases are diagnosed at advanced stages, leading to poor prognosis. In order to address the research requirements pertaining to ovarian cancer, the Shanghai Ovarian Cancer and Family Care Project was established. This initiative offers hospital-based resources for investigating ovarian cancer and high-risk populations. The project comprises an on-going ovarian cancer cohort, a high-risk population cohort, and a healthy population cohort. By leveraging these comprehensive cohorts, the project provides a unique platform for in-depth studies on the detection, prevention, early diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of ovarian cancer.
