Feasibility Trial of a Correctional Management for Juvenile Offenders

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if a structured Correctional Management intervention can be feasibly implemented with incarcerated juveniles in a correctional institution. It will also assess whether the research procedures can be successfully carried out with this population. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. Can participants be effectively recruited, retained, and engaged, and can the intervention be delivered acceptably with adequate therapist adherence and complete outcome data collection? 2. Does the intervention demonstrate preliminary effectiveness? Researcher will compare an experimental (intervention) group to a control group receiving standard institutional management to see if the intervention can be practically delivered and is associated with initial changes in outcomes. Participants will: 1. Be randomly assigned to either the intervention group or the control group 2. Complete assessments at baseline (before the intervention) and post-intervention 3. Attend structured intervention sessions (if assigned to the experimental group) 4. Complete standardized self-report measures assessing emotional and behavioral difficulties, psychological capital, criminal thinking styles, attitudes toward seeking mental health services, emotion regulation, and moral disengagement

Investigating the Safety and Regenerative Potential of MSC-Derived Secretome Combined With PRGF in Knee Osteoarthritis

This Phase I/II randomized clinical trial investigates the safety, feasibility, and early regenerative potential of intra-articular administration of mesenchymal stem cell (MSC)-derived secretome combined with Plasma Rich in Growth Factors (PRGF) in patients with knee osteoarthritis (KOA). The study aims to assess whether this cell-free, biologically enriched therapeutic combination can reduce pain, improve joint function, and promote cartilage repair.

A Feasibility Trial of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy- Integrative Treatment Group Protocol for Ongoing Traumatic Stress In Road Traffic Accident Survivors for Reduction of Post-traumatic Stress Symptoms

Road traffic accidents (RTAs) are a significant public health concern globally, accounting for a substantial proportion of morbidity and mortality. This study evaluates the feasibility and acceptability of the Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Integrative Group Treatment Protocol for Ongoing Traumatic Stress (EMDR-IGTP-OTS) in the reduction of posttraumatic stress symptoms, depression, and anxiety, while improving the quality of life in individuals who have experienced traffic accidents. Using a randomized control design, participants aged 18-45 will be assessed at three-time points: pre-treatment, post-treatment, and one-month follow-up. The study employs the DASS-21, UIES-R, and WHOQOL-BREF as evaluation measures. Findings aim to expand evidence on trauma-focused interventions and explore their applicability in culturally diverse, resource-constrained settings.

Efficacy of Adipose Tissue Derived Stem Cells for the Treatment of Diabetic Foot Ulcers

The aim of this study is to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of uncultured adipose derived stromal vascular fraction (SVF) and cultured adipose derived stem cells (ASCs) both supplemented with platelet rich plasma (PRP) to treat chronic diabetic foot ulcers. It will increase the pragmatic potential of both types of cells as PRP is rich in survival and chemotactic factors. Moreover, the autologous nature of the proposed study will ensure safety of its use in diabetic patients and will unveil the more effective therapeutic option for treatment of foot ulcer wounds.
