Intracranial Artery Stenosis

This is a prospective, multicenter, open-label, blinded-endpoint, randomized controlled trial designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of PCSK9 inhibitor combined with statin therapy compared to statin monotherapy in reversing asymptomatic intracranial atherosclerosis, assessed using high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging of the intracranial vessel walls.

sICASBLM is a prospective controlled trial, to asses the impact of improving blood lipid management on clinical outcome of moderate to severe symptomatic intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis patients (LDL-C\>1.8mmol/L) without endovascular therapy.

The primary objective of this trial is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of a new balloon microcatheter in patients with intracranial artery stenosis.

GROW-ICAS (Gut microBiota and prOgnostic Outcomes in IntraCranial Arterial Stenosis) is a prospective observational cohort study that enrolls patients with intracranial arterial stenosis to investigate the correlations between their gut microbiota, metabolomic, and transcriptomic profiles and three key clinical domains: functional outcomes, vascular plaque imaging characteristics, and post-stroke non-motor dysfunctions (including cognitive impairment, depression, anxiety, and fatigue).

The primary objective of this trial is to evaluate the long-term safety and efficacy of the NOVA intracranial drug-eluting stent system in "real world" patients with intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis.

The aim of this study is to establish a prospective cohort of patients with cervical/intracranial arteries stenosis in China.
