Melatonin & Metformin on Clinical & Biochemical Parameters in Insulin Resistant PCOS Compared to Metformin

Women with polycystic ovary syndrome with HOMA-IR \>2.6 fulfilling inclusion and exclusion criteria will be randomly allocated into two groups:experimental group: A (Melatonin 3mg and Metformin 500mg) and control group: B (Metformin 500mg). Each group will be contained 30 selected patients. Group B:Tab. Metformin (500mg) once daily for 7days followed by twice daily for next 7 days followed by thrice daily for next 10 weeks. Outcome variables will be measured after three months, will be meticulously recorded for analysis and comparison.

Effect of Levocarnitine Plus Myoinositol Versus Myoinositol Alone on Hormonal and Insulin Resistance in PCOS Women

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if combination of levocarnitine and myoinositol works better than myoinositol alone on insulin resistance and hormonal parameters in subfertile women with insulin resistant polycystic ovary syndrome . It will also learn about the safety of drug levocarnitine and myoinositol. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does combined action of levocarnitine and myoinositol improve insulin resistance and hormonal parameters in comparison to myoinositol alone in subfertile women with insulin resistant polycystic ovary syndrome ? What medical problems do participants have when taking drug levocarnitine and myoinositol? Researchers will compare the drug combination of levocarnitine and myoinositol to myoinositol alone to see if combination therapy works better? Participants will: Take drug levocarnitine and myoinositol or a myoinositol alone twice daily for 3 months Visit the clinic once after 3 months for checkups and tests Keep a diary of their symptoms and the number of times.

Does combined Cabergoline and letrozole increase ovulation rate What medical problems do participants have when taking drug Cabergoline and Letrozole ? Researchers will compare drug combination of Cabergoline and letrozole to letrozole alone to see combined cabergoline and letrozole works better as ovulation induction. Effect of Pentoxifylline + CoQ10 vs CoQ10 Alone on Sperm Motility in Subfertile Men With Asthenozoospermia

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if drug Pentoxifylline plus Coenzyme Q10 work to treat asthenozoospermia in subfertile male. It will also learn about the safety of drug Pentoxifylline plus Coenzyme Q10. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does drug Pentoxifylline plus Coenzyme Q10 increase the motility of sperm in participants? What medical problems do participants have when taking drug Pentoxifylline plus Coenzyme Q10 ? Researchers will compare drug Pentoxifylline plus Coenzyme Q10 combination to Coenzyme Q10 alone to see if drug Pentoxifylline plus Coenzyme Q10 combination works better. Participants will: Experimental Group:Pentoxifylline 400mg twice dailyand Coenzyme Q10 100mg twice daily for 3 months. Comparator Group: Coenzyme Q10 100mg twice daily for 3 months Visit the clinic after three months of treatment for checkups and tests
